Tish Green - Senior Pastor

Tish is a local pastor in the United Methodist Church. She has her undergraduate degree in Music Education and is taking the Course of Study at St. Paul School of Theology.

She has led and designed contemporary worship services for several denominations and is the catalyst and visionary for this new work. Tish and her husband, James, have a son, Levi.

Glen & Cathy Connoley - Host & Music Director

Glen serves as our host, leads small groups and brings the message on some Sunday mornings. He is also an aspiring writer. Cathy is building the worship band at The Connection. She is a music therapist and kindermusik teacher. Glen & Cathy have two girls, Anna and Elise.

Jeff Israel - Youth Director

Jeff has more than 10 years of experience working with youth at camps, in church youth groups, and with retreats for troubled teens. He brings a great joy and passion for worship, and he loves to have lots of high-energy fun!

Carol Mentria - Kids! Connection - Toddlers

Carol leads our Sunday morning children's church program. She teaches in a local day care, and has extensive training and experience in child care.

Carol has three sons and a daughter. We are thrilled to have her and your kids will love her, too!

Michael Bundren - Building Maintenance

He has a servant's heart and is a valuable contributor in making The Connection an excellent place of worship.

Samantha brings a woman's touch to the maintenance of The Connection. Her quick eye and helpful demeanor makes her a joy to be around. She is a great asset to our staff.

She is married and has one daughter, Kylie.

Serena Johnson - Office Manager

Serena brings excellent management and administrative skills to The Connection. Her love for the Lord and compassion for people promotes a healthy balance between managing office responsibilites and serving the people of The Connection.

She and her husband Lenard have seven children and three grandchildren.
