Amen!! I belong to a church called The Connection. It is a multi-cultural church that focuses on community. I have been attending since last Sept. and from the moment I walked through the doors I was welcomed into the church family. I thank... GOD for sending me to them. I had been visting churches since my mother passed in Sept. 05 and was never comfortable. Pastor Tish talked today about the perfect LOVE of GOD drowning out our fears in life. Jesus went to Jerusalem well knowing that he was going to be killed,but he went because he loved that much.

I go to church to learn more about God & what He has done for ALL of us & to experience God's presence. I have only been going for roughly 2 yrs. & I have so much to learn. Tish; you are doing a awesome job & helping people learn & experience His presence. Thank You so much for all you have done & will continue to do.

I go to church to get closer to God and to deepen my faith in God (which I had lost for a long tme). Going to church every week helps me to start my week off just right. I feel more at peace, I feel my relationships are changing and getting better, my outlook on things has completely changed. I am a changed person since I started going back to church. It also reminds me that I can fight off the devil when he comes knockin at my door. I love church and can't wait to go every week.
