Tish Green, Pastor

Tish has a Bachelor’s in Music Education and attends St. Paul School of Theology taking the Course of Study for Local Pastors in the United Methodist Church. She has led and designed contemporary worship services for several denominations and is the catalyst and visionary for The Connection. James leads the men’s ministry and sings with the worship team.

Cathy Connoley, Music Minister

Glen Connoley, Adult Education Director

Cathy is a music therapist and Kindermusik teacher. She directs the worship team, and engages our youth and children in music ministry. Glen leads small groups, maintains our sermon blog and is an aspiring writer.

Carol Mentria, Toddler Director

Carol teaches in a local day care, has extensive training and experience in child care and is CPR certified. Besides directing the Sunday morning Toddler Ministry, Carol provides childcare for various weekday events including our Wednesday evening small groups.

Rachel Davis, Nursery Director

Rachel provides regular Sunday  morning child care not only at The Conenction but also at our sister church, New Covenant.  Rachel is a professional childcare provider and is safe sanctuary certified along with all our child, youth and transportation staff. 

Jeff Israel, Youth Director

Jeff has been working with youth in church and camp settings most of his life. He is a founding counselor of Spirit Camp and has worked as an EMT. Jeff’s enthusiasm and love for God is contagious.

DeeDee Bradford, Kids! Connection Leader   & Clarence Bradford, Security Specialist

DeeDee works with the Kids! Connection group, delivering the message of Jesus to our children in grades 1-5.  She also provides opportunities for our kids to shine including special musical performances! She is always finding new ways to excite the children about God!  Clarence is heading up our newly formed security team.  He will help ensure the church has proper safety measures and procedures.  

  Les Theiss , Building Maintenance Specialist

Les has been a dedicated member of The Connection Church.  He has a variety of skills from his employment history that makes him an important part of maintaining our building.  He has already taken an active role in cleaning, painting, and repairing items at the church. 

Jane Keck, Office Manager

Jane joins the office after serving as a high school secretary.  She has eagerly joined the team as a way of using her wonderful office skills from her past position to help maintain order in the office! 

Brad Rogers, Recovery Through Jesus

Brad, a long time member of Celebrate Recovery, bring his experience of dealing with hurts, hang-ups, and habits.  Through scripture and sharing, the Recovery Through Jesus group offers support to the women of Shalom House on a weekly basis.  Brad also has lead a recovery group at The Connection as well. 

Karen Johnson, Prayer Ministry and Upper Room Leader

Karen has been heading up the Upper Room group as a leader for over a year.  She also has organized a prayer chain and leads a prayer group for anyone willing to pray for others.  Both groups meet on Thursday nights at The Connection.
