Tish Green, Pastor

Tish has a Bachelor’s in Music Education and is currently enrolled in the Course of Study at St. Paul School of Theology for  local pastors in the United Methodist Church. She has led and designed contemporary worship services for several denominations and is the catalyst and visionary for The Connection. James leads the men’s ministry and sings with the worship team. James and Tish are married and have a son, Levi.

 Cathy Connoley, Music Minister

Glen Connoley, Host

Cathy is a music therapist and Kindermusik teacher. She directs the worship team, and engages our youth and children in music ministry. Glen serves as our host, leads small groups, maintains our sermon blog and is an aspiring writer. Glen and Cathy are married and have two girls, Anna and Elise.

Carol Mentria, Toddler Director

Carol teaches in a local day care, has extensive training and experience in child care and is CPR certified. Besides directing the Sunday morning Toddler Ministry, Carol provides childcare for various weekday events including our Wednesday evening small groups.

Laurie Brakeymeyer, Nursery Director

Laurie has over ten years of professional childcare experience in the church setting. She provides a safe and loving environment for our infants and crawlers. Laurie also serves as trainer for our Safe Sanctuary program, ensuring the safety of all our children at The Connection.

Jeff Israel, Youth Director

Jeff has been working with youth in church and camp settings most of his life. He is a founding counselor of Spirit Camp and has worked as an EMT. Jeff’s enthusiasm and love for God is contagious.

Serena Johnson, Office Manager

Serena has served as an administrator for over 15 years. She is an articulate communicator who has lived, worked, and studied in the Caribbean, Hawaii, Fiji as well as urban United States. She and her husband Lenard are licensed ministers and have seven children and three grandchildren.

Jeff Romine, Transportation Ministry

Jeff is a professional truck driver and is organizing our newly formed Transportation Ministry.
